Prior to forming c.a.s.e., Dr. Perry was a Mellon Post-Doctoral Scholar in the Dickinson College Community Studies Center and Environmental Studies Program and she served as a Research Scientist at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Science & Technology Studies Program.

In 2016, Dr. Perry was appointed by the Secretary of Transportation to serve a three-year term as a public safety advocate representative on the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration Working Group on Voluntary Information-Sharing. She is also the Chair of the Working Group Reporting Subcommittee.

At the heart of c.a.s.e.’s work and all other organizations that Dr. Perry works with is the process of building and maintaining relationships. c.a.s.e.
